Dstv (multichoice)

I have been loyal customer for good 10 years without fail I was on compact paying R385 plus insurance.. I then bought a property Dstv agent called in to ask if I would like to join explora for 499 per month I thought it was a blessing for me since ill be having my own space. I then advise them that for compact ill be paying cash like before and for explora they will debit since its debit only for explora since then I have been having challenges with Dstv today the worst happened they deducted R1729.. on my account when I call in for inquiry i was told an agent will revert to me after 24 to 48 hrs. I asked them whats going to happen with my other debts since they decided to make such a huge deduction instead of deducting R499 plus 35 for insurance.. Im highly dissapointed and fustrated worse the agents whom I was talkinh to one of them was even eating.. I regret ever joining Dstv..
