DSTV / Multichoice a monopolistic disaster. COMPETITION P[LEASE.
LEAVE YOUR DETAILS AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU. What a joke!!! Customer contact service is more than useless. I have tried emails, phone calls, spent hours holding on only to get cut off. If they are always so busy they can't service calls quickly, upgrade the system & don't waste your time on the self service app it just doesn't help. I was considering upgrading, that's no longer going to happen, that would be like rewarding them for bad service. no its downgrade time, join Netflix and Youtube instead. Showmax not an option as it is also under their control. REPEAT CENTRAL is a monopolistic disaster. They are quick enough to grab your hard earned Rand but that is it. Don't believe it when they announce a brand new series, it's already screened 2 or 3 times in the past. I must say that once you have managed to contact one of their customer service people, they are very helpful and for the most part very pleasant to deal with. If only you could contact them more easily and quickly and please Corvid-19 is not an excuse,it's been like this for years.

It is a shame that we have to resort to using Hellopeter to get action and then often due to our frustrations we take it out on the individual who has contacted us. It's not their fault. The blame for poor service must rest on the shoulders of the decision makers for providing inadequate facilities. A workman is only as good as his tools.
