DSTV - MULTICHOICE
Called DSTV since 4 days ago regarding a query on my package. I have never kn my entire being experienced such disgusting *********** call centers. Been promised by Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Uhmlanga and Durban call centers a team leader would get back to me. Even more disgusting I spoke to a team leader at 11H00 this AM who promised to get back to me. It has gone after 15H00 and not a word from him. Fortunately for me I kept record of all the names I communicated with. Just emailed their helps department. Let's see if they would take the time to call me since we as the public's money is good enough. Pathetic and totally disgusting.

These are the SAMKELO GWALA-UHMLANGA CALL CENTRE, NOLUDWE MKONKI-P.E. CALL CENTRE, ARTHUR KNAW-TEAM LEADER P.E. (as a team leader, I'm totally disgusted), SPHESIHLE NGOMO-DURBAN CALL CENTRE, plus two other call centre members. Certainly by now I should have heard from somebody.
