Dstv Multichoice

In October 2021 we saw a Dstv Explora deal, app**** for it at end November 2021 no explora was delivered or installed. Black friday deals was advertised so we apply again. We have been struggling with Dstv since then and up to now stillno explora was installed. Numerous emails was send. Everytime we speak to someone else and everytime we hear the same: your explora will be delivered within 3 to 7 work days. My current decoder is not working, I pay a full package and I havent been able to watch my programmes. Is Dstv going to response before Easter?
