<p>DSTV I'vehad it in chunks there must be dim wits working there. First you let me know a eft i did in November was reversed by the bank then after argueing was told no it was in Septemberthen you cut my dish a trip to your offices with bank statements proving there was no payment reversed my service was reconnected only to recieve a phone call this morning to say i short payed in Januaryand February 2016. Really!!! Almost a year ago!!! What is wrong with you!!!! and now my service has been cut for the third time</p>

Upon checking your account, we verify that your payment of R800 dated 09-02-2016 was returned unpaid. You may consult your bank for proof as to why the payment wasn't honoured.
