Dstv Multichoice

I Mr Mikion Rex Mashigo a customer of multichoice ,I myself decided to pay my DStv premium per annum five years ago without telling multichoice or signing any contract with them until March 2023 after realising that I am not benefitting after their call centre called me about the discount that was given to DStv premium customers when I asked them about me because I am paying my premium annually she decided to hang up the phone I made a follow up but nobody came back to me . Now today they have disconnected my service when I enquire why they said I owe them R15100 .00 at 11:15 then my airtime was finished, I reloaded the airtime and call them again this time they have said I owe them R2800 something .when I call in the afternoon they said I owe them R2400 .I called again to tell them that to pay per annum it my decision not theirs then told me that I owe them R2311.00 for the two Explorers and one Hd decoders of which they were changing me R90.00 of which HD decoder was supposed to be less than the two Explorers. When they wanted to to continue to pay per annum I told them that I am going to pay monthly premium of R879 .00 from 01 April 2023 then after they failed to force me to pay per annum the instructed the insurance company to terminate the premium because they have said to me is a different company when I complained about why are they charging me HD decoder the same way as the two Explorers. According to me I don't owe multichoice anything. I decided that if I have problems with my decoders I will buy a new since their insurance company is giving their customers the reconditioned old decoders were as customers perceived to be receiving new decoders .
