DSTV Consultant making ***** in my account (N. Mashele - DSTV Employee)

Please ask this consultant who gave him/her authority in activating one of decoders in my profile without my concerned, I just off the call now with Lexin who assisted in cancelling the activated HD Decoder serial No. S*** with smart card No. *** by N. Mashele activated at 11.30 today 09 April. This is the 4th time calling to deactivate since beginning of Jan this year. All these inactive decors in my profile were thrown away two years back and I'm only using an Xplorer. What frustrates me even more is that no one is being brought to book and Multichoice is allowing *****ulent activities happening under their roof.
