Dstv Multichoice

I had problem with Capitec they had glitch and stop orders never went through.picked it up and tried to get bank details to pay .Took 2 days .I paid 940 that never went through Now the fun started .phoned then 3 times no results The got hold of a gentleman wish could remember his name I explained and ten minutes later all fine That was on about 16rh last week we got message saying we have not paid and they wanted extra 700 odd They cut me off again .I have since phoned ran out of airtime being 78 haven’t got to much cash Sent email to Dstv they sent me acc again would not even listen Sent emails to Dstv help three times No go It is now nearly end of month .I even sent email to media 24 no go How can you deal with such stupid company How Cana man fix it If you go to n1 city branch you wait outside in a tent After waiting 20 minutes line never moved .Could not stand any more so went home Even shomax supposed to be free been in dozens of time never ever got it to work Been customer for years since they started hope you undo my plight Thanks
