Dstv multichoice

I dropped DSTV more then a year ago, mainly because of stagnant content at an exorbitant cost! They just lost another client in my sister. This morning as she was trying to sort out an error code, e48-32, 40 minutes and two agents later, she expressed her unhappiness with the second agent who proceeded to drop the call! Needless to say, my sister is canceling her subscription as I am typing this message!
