DSTV (MULTICHOICE) *******
I requested to cancel my connection from 8 Dec 2022 to 7 Jan 2023. l was promised all was done but a debit order went off my account. l have spoken to numerous consultants who promised that next month, next month, next month. To date, they are deducting R590 every month. Minenhle Zungu, Anda, Nolwazi and Ludwe Ndinisa, are some of the consultants that made unfulfilled promises. My closest people have suggested that l use alternatives which they have already moved to.
