What a poor service and ****. I made a mistake I over paid dstv I phoned them it was a problem to refund me n I was like ohk lete just take it as I paid upfront the following month they debited on my account I didn't give them permission to debit on my personal bank account ohk I received that money , remember I over paid they didn't refund me now they debited on my bank account without my permission. I went to my bank n reverse that amount they switched off my DStv account how ? Remember I over paid dstv it's **** we better join other Wi-fi companies and watch our smart TVs DStv ke big ****
