DStv (MultiChoice)

Very much dissapointed in DSTV Internet package,

Ive been very much inconvience with the dstv internet package, i got the package worked well for a few months and not sim stopped working i had to get another data simcard because my cameras need the wifi connection, a month or two later the sim is still not working got the sim replaced at walk in center but it was delievered to me without being simswapped, im basically paying for data that i cant use ive been calling them i missed their call once and that was it 3 weeks with me calling and out the data cut off duration is near

no sim swap done no assistance when i call Data doesnt work the last lady that assisted me said that there is nothing that she can do on her end but im paying for service that im not getting on a contract.

Ive been asking them if they cant help its better they cancel it because im losing money.

Workers the pretoria CBD also gave me a very unproffessional services,playful in front of customers. talking while chewing, its bad
