Dstv multichoice

I have been having problems with the universal channel 117 for quite some time now...I keep on getting interrupted video and audio ....it has now become unbearable that I need to make a comment about this....j have submitted 2 emails to the contact us option but nobody gets back to you to sort out the problem...does anyone know what I can do about this problem....it only happens on this channel.
