DSTV Multichoice

I am a DSTV Subscriber and I received notification that the insurance on my old SD PVR 1 was going to lapse and that I needed to go to the nearest DSTV Agency to and exchange the PVR1 for 2 new Explorer decoders, I was only able to go to the Benoni Agency on Wednesday the 27th March 2019 a due to my hectic Work schedule and waited in a cure over 30 Minutes. Then a floor walker came to me and said they can't help as they don't have any stock and that I should phone the Benoni Branch on Monday the 1st of April 2019. I have phones both the Springs and Benoni Branches several times up till today the 4th of April and not one of these Branches have stock. I also phoned the Call Centre on the 29th of April and the agent told me I should go to Alberton ,Soshanguve(Pretoria) or Vosloorus(Boksburg). In my opinion they expect me to spend money on petrol travelling to areas that are far from where I stay or unsafe. I reside in Brakpan and expect to go to a branch close to my residence. I was inconvenienced with having to waste petrol travelling to Benoni and taking unnecessary time off work to be told they don't have stock. I will rather cancel my subscription and use other cheaper alternatives than to continue as a Multichoice Subscriber and will encourage others to do the same.
