Dstv multichoice 24 month contract bad news

Got a çall from multichoice with a 24 month contract offer..free installation free extra view free connection to be pro rated to the date I'm bound to get paid....4 days down the line services get disconnected...3 consultants later reconnected..almost 2 hours of trying to speak sense...must be stressed 2 of those consultants flatly **** to me with a promise of some one higher up the hierarchy calling me...Over 20 years of loyalty to DStv brand down the drain...Dstv...can we kindly terminate this contract...
