Dstv Multichoice

So here I sit agsin with my dstv “top class” product at R 1200 per month and stuck on one channel, unable to switch to another channel. Turning the decoder off and on bring me back to the same chamnel unable to switch to any other channel. The biggest ******* you will ever pay for!!!!!!!!!
