Dstv multichoice
Dstv has never been so useless with their dst internet router. I bought my router Feb it got delivered with my monthly plan.
But for the month of March and April dstv ddnt load data to my plan and yet charged me for those two months which I paid.
Now dstv owes me data for 2 months which I paid for. I can't keep paying for services that m not receiving.
My matter has been escalated more than 24 times, I called dstv consultants more than 30 times and not even a single person helped or got back to me.
I wrote emails at dstv hlep and no one helped me. I would never in this current life advice anyone to buy the dstv internet, it would be the most stupid thing to do.

16 Apr 2022, 10:16I need this matter resolved by today or I will take it further, it's been 2 months I've been holding my patience, more than 30 consultants told me the same thing and never got back to me, some even hang up the phone on me realizing I was right about the matter being escalated so many times and that they can't help. I can't wait any longer. I need my data so I can be able to do my research and work.
