Dstv multi choice the worst!!!

I have been paying R530 for dstv compact plus with 2 extra TV's connected as extra view now all of a sudden since last month they keep cutting our subscription. Nobody is able to help at their useless call centre,one person says 0ne thing and the other another, we do not know which is which. We have paid the pro rata amounts which they never told us about but we are still not connected. The statement the agent sent me showed that there has been reversals on our account done by lord knows who, so now whilst it's still being investigated they can not reconnect us even though it's not our fault. I am beyond ****ed ,they should just shut their doors instead of ******** clients!!!
