Dstv Multi choice Sucks

I called dstv multi choice on a number of occasions each time I will be sent from pillar to post at times I will be kept holding for minutes if not hour's,I wanted to downgrade because I'm no longer affording I spoke to a lady by the name of Sinenhlanhla Madida with an attitude she told me I ha arrears but I'm subscription was only suspended the same day and I ask to speak to her team leader she put me aside for 30 minutes and came to tell me her supervisor is busy on the other line she promised to call me back and took my number,nothing happened till today
