Dstv multi choice reaping us off

This company made me pay for my subscription twice. I called them when they had disconnected the Dstv but l did not get a good explanation as to.why they did that was told to pay the same amount l paid. I went and paid they reconnected the Dstv but l Still do not understand why l was made to pay my subscription twice
