DSTV-Multi Choice Premium only picking up compact channels

I have been a DSTV premium customer for many year because of the sports channels. Since they introduces this R100 upgrade for a month from compact to premium my premium channels are gone and I see only compact channels. How does this work. I am extremely furious I pay my account on time. The other problem I have is the fact that you have rewards but when you redeem them they still have your previous cell number but they send you ads on your new number. Please I need help it is race weekend..Thank you
