DStv (multi choice) poor service.

I have been a loyal DStv customers for years and recently the service I'm receiving from them with regards to my account is appalling. For the past three months my account has been over debited and each time I have to reverse the debit order which the bank charges me for. When I call them they say its a mistake that they cannot explain. I cancelled my debit order and now pay manually. I payed them the end of August and yesterday they had the nerve to disconnect my services. I had to call them and spent 30 minutes waiting for them to sort it out. The services were finaly reconnected with no proper explanation or apology for the mess up on my account.
