DSTV Multi Choice packages on offer

At the end of March 2021 I locked a premium package with DSTV for 12 months for R849p/m. In April I discovered that this was never done. I phoned them to enquire why, just to hear that they cannot fix this matter and I have to pay the higher installment I have quoted my ref nr to the operator which then tells me she have to take it up with management and then I never hear from them again.
