Dstv Multi Choice is a Joke

Worst Service ! I cancelled my Dstv streaming account a month ago and still get debited R699.00 for a service I do not even have.

I was told it was a mistake and it will be refunded 7 days later, a month later i'm still waiting for feedback on my refund with endless calls and endless no answers on the situation. I have requested the call center manager to call me back to please help resolve the issue and still waiting for his call. Service is a joke and no regard for their customers.

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT get the Dstv streaming package even tho it says cancel at anytime because you can cancel but you will get money taken off your account and no ways to get it sorted out and deal with a bunch of *********** agents that really dont care and sound half asleep on the phone.
