dstv multi choice false advertising

Very bad service... I'm not impressed at all. I signed up with DSTV on the 28th of September 2019 and was told to pay R93 the same day for a subscription fee for it to connect there after my monthly subscription for compact subscription will be R399 monthly. I was then not around a lot so I didn't pay for it in October and in November was advised to pay the R399 and the R50 for reconnection fee. I then did pay R450. only to get an sms a few days later to pay an additional subscription fee of R284... Now tell me is Compact subscription supposed to be R399 PLUS R284 MONTHLY? Now its disconnected only a few days later. I'm charged an additional R 133 monthly or someone. This is so disappointing and false advertising. Why do they say R399 but one has to pay more....This is very frustrating, sad, disappointing and makes me mad... Someone just fix it.
