Dstv Multi choice **** data

Last year I was sold this package,compact view plus 50g every month which is 25g day 25g day at night, everything was fine in the beginning until this February this year after paying I called them to tell them that I have paid , their response was that they are having problem with data allocation they will sort it out within 24-48 hours but until to date I still don't have the data allocated to my sim, since then I have called more than 20 times, I have sent multiple email, I have sent whatsap but nothing seems to work their response would be we have escalated, my question is how many times does my issue have to be escalated until it's resolved, I have spent money on Calling them without success I was forced to buy alternative data where else I have already paid for their data, I am obligated to pay for this data every month because if I don't they also switch off the compact viewing so basically m paying for services I am not receiving and it very unfair to me. I asked about cancelling ND they said they are gng to charge me for cancelling although I am not doing it at my own Accord m cancelling because of they failed to provide the promised service. The issue at hand is that I have paid for 2 months already but I am not getting any data, one of their agent went as far as to say I have already used the data, the other one said the the sim is registered to someone else , someone said they are struggling with allocation really don't know what's seems to be the problem here, is there a body that is regulating multi choice like an ombudsman because I feel like my cry fell on deaf ears and they don't care about customers they only care about profits, people who are are responsible for data allocation are ***********,I have more than 20 ref numbers to substantiate my story.the reference listed below it's just one of them there are a lot of them
