Dstv multi choice (******)
Hi my name is springkaan, I took a dstv pricelock special in December 2019 for compact, the special included explora decoder, smart lnb and installation, which i'm supposed to pay R499, ever since they delivered it the 1st payment was just under R1,100, the second one was under R650 and when I called to find out what's happening I was told that they're not handling the price lock deals and when I asked them to transfer me to the dept they refused, so it's now May and I just R653, please advise me how do I deal with such company? I feel like they just chawing my money and don't stick to the agreement nxa.
