DSTV (Multi Choice) bad service!!

I had problems in the past with Multi Choice. I cancelled my DSTV subscription at 01/11/2021. On 03/01/2022 they suddenly deduct R1288 from my bank account. I send an email on 14/01/2022 to complain. After a few days someone call me and said that he will fix it. Up and till today they have not come back to me or refund me!!!
