Dstv multi choice

I don't think they deserve even a single star, they are a bunch of ********s *********** pensioners.

My father received a Call from them offering him a 20k funeral cover which he declined explaining to the call center agent that he is a pensioner and cannot afford to pay anything extra than what he is currently paying, however the agent went ahead and added the policy bringing my Dad's dstv installment from R460 to a little over R700 ,he went to pay his normal installment,then a few days later his decoder was switched off,he spoke to them but they still insist that he pay an extra R200 to resolve an issue caused by their staff...as we speak my father's decoder has been off for a good 4days...what ever happened to "calls are recorded for quality and security "this is a huge inconvenience and I think they dragging their feet because he is a pensioner.The fact that such a big company could take advantage of an old man just makes me sick
