DSTV Multi Choice

I have had such a bad experience with DSTV. This is the below email i send to them and still they are not helping me

May you kindly please make sense of my account I have the following with DSTV: 1. Price lock of R579 each decoder which amounts to R1158 2. I have PVR services of R178 3. The total debit order every month will amount to R1263,68, another month it was R1234,00 than last month was R1516

These amounts fluctuate each month only last month my deduction shoot to R1516. I called to sort this matter out online: 1. I discovered that my account had add on’s which I did not authorised, Showmax, Netflix and Disney Plus (all these apps I pay them separately the only activation I need from DSTV was PVR Options and all these options have been working since September when I bought Explora Ultra) 2. Today I have been made aware that the PVR options have been cancel also without my approval, I ask DSTV to remove showmax, nextflix, Disney plus these features I pay them separately

I have already made the following extra payments on paypal: 1. R1060 paid on 07 November 2023 2. Then I paid again R352,77 on 07 November 2023

Today when I was on call centre I am told I must pay R583 to Activate the other decoder and PVR options however now when I am trying to do that with the pay pal it wants me to pay R1162,29 this is ridiculous someone needs to sort out my account immediately I cannot be paying R 1412,77 for just one decoder also which PVR option are not even active than now I am requested to pay R1162,29.

DOES THIS MEAN NOW BOTH OF MY DECODERS ARE COSTING ME R2 575,06 excluding showmax, Netflix and Disney plus. Something does not make sense with this account. I have been paying since yesterday and I am not getting joy from DSTV please do take my concerned serious.
