DSTV Mulichoice Accounts Department

Accounts Department I had a debit order with DSTV, with the first debit order DSTV messed up already as it went through for more than was supposed to which incurred bank charges and has cost me a additional trip to Randburg Office. I would like to know who at DSTV Accounts department can sort this problem out. I get promises of feedback still awaiting.
