I am highly annoyed by your *********** customer service.Lack of attention to detail has cost me to pay an extra R300 going to DSTV for a service I had called and asked cancelled previously. This is a ******* and I don’t take it light for it’s not happening for the first time. You’re not customer centric at all and you keep getting away with it because no one is held accountable.

Your brand really annoys me I’m ****ed. I wonder how our senior citizens are treated by your consultants , with less airtime to call and hold for their accounts, I wonder how much debt they accumulate because of your staff members that are not escalated..
