Dstv moving the goal posts in repaying my money
<p>DSTV has debited my wife's account with R678 on the 1st of October although we are subscribed to a cheaper package. DSTV plays ignorance of this fact although I have submitted proof of their ******** deduction. They now insist that I must provide a reference number mentioned in their returning email, but of course there has been no returning email up to now! </p>

Multichoice requires that I must provide them with a reference number quoted in their return mail - but up to now I haven't received a return mail.
Clearly Multichoice is displaying delay tactics to pay me back the money they deducted without my permission.
