DSTV!! - MOST *********** SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been a multichoice client for years now and I am appalled at their customer service. Their consultants as well as their supervisors are utterly ***********. Their standard of training is pathetic. Why is there a number to call if they can't assist you with anything??? They send out false messages, tell you numerous lies over the phone, put you on hold only to cut you off and later ask you to pay for services which you haven't used! I wouldn't advise anyone to believe these false adverti*****ts and neither would I advise anyone to consider using this service provider. They seem to be losing many of their loyal customers due to their incompetence. I would much rather stick to streaming where I get value for my money.
