DSTV - Most expensive provider for nothing

I love the way DSTV waiver away from showing issues on their side. I am trying to stream the rugby world cup but keep on getting an error saying there might be too many devices open I need to rectify it, when I know for a fact that is not the case because any other day I can stream but as soon as an event like the world cup arrise, DSTV cannot handle the amount of people streaming yet they blame the customer for having too many devices open without an error code when I know I have only one device streaming. So I contacted them, spoke to Promise, he tried to help me. Then told me he is going to escalate it as there is a known issue. Came back to me and said the streaming team is working on the problem and will get back to me in 24 hours...***!!! Tomorrow streaming will be fine as there won't be a heavy load of traffic trying to stream but then come the weekend streaming is an issue again. This is now the second weekend I was unable to stream anything. WHy the hell does DSTV promote the DSTV APP if they cannot provide a proper service and/or communicate the issue they are experiencing with the amount of customers trying to stream at once? I have had it with DSTV!!! I only use it for sport but I can stream on other platforms for cheaper with better service. The post office went to shambles, Eskom is in shambles, SAA is mud, Denal went feet up in the air, seems to me DSTV are on the heels of such companies and I applaud their EXCO members for helping this process on. DSTV charge a lot of money for repeats of programs, unstreamable contents and proved zero assistance. TX for your awesome support but I would rather by my dog a R1100 bone then throwing it away on DSTV.
