DSTV monthly premium not reduced and Showmax not working
1. I signed up for 24 months during the last week of August and the lady said my payment will decrease with R100 to R839 if I sign up for 24 months (nothing happened). My debit order is still R939 and went through on 05/09/2022. Please rectify. Andre Rabie with ID *** residing 617, 22nd Avenue, Rietfontein Pretoria with cell number ***
2. I am signed up for the premium package but cannot watch Showmax. I did the link with the code and receive errors every time please fix
