Dstv monthly payments increases every single month

Dstv is reapping me off every single month. Last year (2019) when they introduced compact plus I immediately resorted to it which was just R519 at the time but they've been charging me more till date. When i found out that I'm paying more i then went to the nearest branch in maponya mall to find out why I'm paying 700 something ;they included insurance which was fine and they said the rest of the charges are for the decoder that im using (explorer model 2A) according to them they charge extra cash whenever I "change channels and recordings on my remote" which is way bizzare. This month i paid R663.00 which just keeps increasing and decrease, its never a clear balance, it's always more than the actual payment should be now that compact plus has increased to R529 but still I'm paying more than that which is frustrating.
