DStv monthly fee - Unauthorised fee deduction

In January 2021 I sent DStv an email with regards to the yearly subscription fee. I wanted to know when my current 24 months come to and end. I wanted to know the options available and it if could opt for the R 749 p.m. for 24 months as it was advertised. I was informed that my current contract only comes to end at the end of March 2021 and that I will still be paying only R 749 p.m. I was informed that on 25 March 2021 I must send another email and they will activate a new 24 month contract at R 749 p.m. On 1 March 2021, R 819 was *******ly / unauthorized deducted from my cheque account. I immediately sent DStv an email logging a query and complaining about the ******* / unauthorised amount and that the difference should be refunded to me immediately into my cheque account. I made several telephone calls and sent several emails and they said the request was given to DStv finance to be processed but still the money is still not in my cheque account.
