Dstv Monopoly Harassment.

I've paid my subscription on the 6th and also on the 8th and two hours after ive done payment on the 8th they suspended my subscription, i called them and also sent them proof of payments, they reinstated it, but everyday in the morning the subscription is suspended and i call they reinstate. Until today from the 8th I've a piece job to call multichoice to reinstate my subscription and all the agents keep on saying I've escalated to my superior to allocate your funds. And I've sent proof of payments several times and dstv has acknowledged the receipt of them. And they also don't have the decency to call and apologize.
