Dstv Monopololy or Pure *****?

<p>So now u cannot request for ur dstv to be disconnected even if u are not around to watch it! the call centre agent say its their new rule! so basically i am paying by force! is this not *******? </p> <p>One of my 4 decoders is disconnected because i'm owing! Why they keep the others on, only God knows y! after i pay the outstanding amount, i am going to be charged a reconnection fee of r50 to reconnect the one decoder. So now i want my subscription to be cancelled all together. I wonder if I can do that?</p>
