Dstv money mongers

I apid my account on the 20th and on the 26th my account was suspended. I called and sent the proof of payment then my account was opened. Today my account is closed again. I used their self service it said that my account is up to date and an error will be cleared soon. After few seconds it said unfortunately your error cannot be cleared I must try again. I tried so many times and still get the same response. When I call them they told me that I must pay again. My account is due on the 20th today is the 1st how I pay before my due date? My account is still suspended even. I feel ****** because I paid to watch until my next pay date but because of their *********** and greediness they decided to demand more money from me. It's very much unfair.
