DSTV - MONEY MAKING BUSINESS!!!!!

On the 29th of April I paid my DSTV, on the 5th of May it was switched off... Since the 6th of May up until today I called them to rectify the situation and nothing has been done yet. I paid for a service that I can't even use. They telling me I need to pay an extra amount for a error that they made not me. It's ridiculous and unprofessional... Absolutely USELESS CONSULTANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
