DSTV mistreatment
I mistakenly sent DSTV R4000 in December 2023. To this day I’m still waiting for my money back. I have contacted them so many times, I even went to their centre in Pretoria central and they keep telling me to wait for 29 days, some days they tell me to wait for 7 days. I’m really hurt by their bad treatment after being a loyal customer for many years. I have to pay other bills and they don’t want to send my money back. Please help if you can for me to get back my money.
