DSTV Missing endings of programs.

What is it with you guys that you cannot synchronize your programs so that the endings are not missing?? More often than not whether it be a one hour series or a movie, the ending is missing by a few minutes. It is more than irritating to sit through a two hour movie or a program to find the ending is cut off. Surely there is someone working there, that is aware of this. It is not because of 'program conflict' so don't even go there. Sheer incompetence again and again. Do not bother to email me 'privately' as your excuses are really pathetic and nothing changes.
