Dstv misled us

Around june/july 2019 dstv was running a special where by if u wanted to upgrade from compact to compact plus u would pay R460. The special did not say that u will pay R460 and after 2months u will pay the nornal rates. So i upgraded under the empression that i will pay R460 until next year when they increase the fees. This week i have been ignoring to go pay my subscription until they sent me a message, your dstv is due, pay R516. Why? I call to find out why. They say that special has been discontinued. Why? We were misled as customers. We were **** to. Dstv is ripping us of as it is. But lying is on another level
