DSTV: Misled by MOVIE MAGIC MADNESS

DSTV's so called "free BOX OFFICE movie offer" from 18th May till 30th June 2020 was misleading advertising and I am considering reporting it to The Advertising Standards Authority. Around the 19th of May they offered ALL PREMIUM PVR customers four free movies each week between 18th May and 30th June. I tried to access a movie on 17th June and was unable to get the SMS activation code to work. on the 18th I contacted the customer centre and was told that my cellphone was not linked? I was told it now had been, but still could not access a movie. On the 19th the call centre again said my cellphone was not linked and the operator activated my first free movie. Strangely I noted that R50 had been added to my balance owing. Given that the promotion to their LOYAL customers had indicated the amounts added would be credited I assumed that the R50 covered the already hired movie as well as the cost of final one available the next week before the offer expired on the 30th June so I watched a second one on the 27th June. (SMS system still not working but activated it on website). I now see that these movies were billed to me and the monies taken by debit order with my subscription on 1st July. The call centre agents have numerous explanations including that promotion ended on the 13th June and that it was only for selected customers anyway. To date the promised call from a supervisor has not been received. Is this the way your LOYAL customers receive more value during these uncertain times?
