DSTV misleading advert

I received a message that I can upgrade to the Family package @ R210 p/m. Then I received a message that I can save R69 p/m. The d date for this was 13 July 2020.I did upgrade on the DIY platform and phoned them. The consultant told me this was only for one month then I have to pay R279 p/m. I told her that was not what the advert stated. I received a message the previous week that this monthly payment is only until the end of September 2020. I am confused.
