DSTV- Mislead Sales

So Im back here, as it seems the only time DSTV helps you is when they are poorly reviewed. So following my last two DSTV reviews i was quite disappointingly not helped much and just more promises as usual. So i got my DSTV explorer installed today and out of curiosity i called DSTV to check what my installment monthly will be. Sadly its R20 less than what i was currently paying. My discounts as promised was not captured and most of what was sold to me was misleading. To top it off i got given a short number to SMS my name and surname to get help from the so called price lock department. What really hit me was DSTV still since doing the application not once presented me with a 24 month agreement displaying my product or what i am paying for. I have been asking this for the last three week and now im stuck having installed and not even knowing what my payment breakdown is. This is hugely dissapointing and misleading and if im not corrected soon i will be forced to take this to court.
