DStv ****ming me to pay an additional amount to my subscription! Every month and lie to me and say I’m With one who signed up for it!!!

I’m on compact with DStv which is R469, but since February they have been trying to **** me! In march they I was told to pay at R1000+ because I upgraded my package to premium! Of which I never did! They **** and said I called them and requested for an upgrade from compact to premium of which it’s a lie! Agent in ene of may my they said I must pay R807 instead of R469 (compact) when I asked them why! They said because signed up for additional (indian add) which is R288 per month! I told them I didn’t! When I said that they said I did on 28 of March on self service! When I go to the conversation of self service on the 28 of March! They are the one who offered me and I didn’t agree to it! Which means they signed me up for it and now demanding time to pay for it!!! I asked them to fix this because the amount was escalating daily! Since I sent them proof that I didn’t agree to that! Or cancel my subscription! Instead of fixing it they chose to be arrogant and cancel my whole subscription! Now I can’t watch television because DStv multi choice decided to **** me every month!!!
