DSTV ****ming me

DSTV has been charging me for a compact package while I'm on easy access, I requested a compact for one day on the 8th of March and on the 9th requested same n self service watsap to be back on Easy access I have been on easy access since the 9th of March, however now they tell me balance is R654 for a compact package while I'm on easy access of R29, the same thing happened in September they told me to pay R1000.00 yet I was on easy access, i didn't get that refund. I need my refund and want my easy access package loaded as i paid for on the 20th March!
